Dogs

Wollaston Township requires all dogs to be registered or renewed before April 1st each year. You can register your dog at the Township office for a fee of $10.00 for each dog tag. All owners are required to keep control of their dog and pick up after them and is limited to 3 dogs. For more information on the Dog By-Law view our documents below.

Municipal Dog Pound

Wollaston Township has a service agreement with Faraday Township who operates the dog pound for lost or abandoned dogs. Fees are charged for dogs that are picked up. For more information on the dog pound please view their website.

Cats

Wollaston Township has a By-Law for regulating Cats in the hamlet of Coe Hill, each property owner may have 3 cats.
