2010-0008- Repealing By-Law 52-09 and appointing an On Site Sewage Inspector who has the same powers and duties as the Chief Building Official in relation to sewage systems, for the Township of Wollaston
2010-0009- To process the 2010 interim tax bills for 2010 at 50% of the total of 2009 taxes using the 2009 assessment and tax rates. The interim billing dates will be March 31, 2010 and May 31, 2010
2010-0011- To allow the Clerk to proceed with the Municipal Election by mail on Monday October 25, 2010. The Clerk will use DataFix as the supplier of mail kits and lists. The Municipal Office will be used as the poll for Wollaston Township on election day
2010-0012-To authorize the Reeve and Clerk to execute an amendment to the Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Revenues under the New Deal for Cities and Communities between the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) and the Corporation of the Township of Wollaston
