The Public Works Superintendent has indicated that The Ridge Road and The South Road have now been reopened. Old Hastings Road, North of Highway 620 is still closed due to downed trees and hydro lines.
We wish to remind everyone to be alert for downed hydro lines and to contact Hydro One by calling 1-800-434-1235 should you come across any downed lines. Please stay clear of any fallen line, keep at least 10 metres back, even if it does not appear to be live. Report it to the police and call Hydro One.
